For years, I have had in mind the perfect ring for me and everywhere I looked, nothing came close. So I contacted F&B after doing some research and together, we came up with one STUNNING piece of jewelry!

My overall experience with F&B was definitely unlike any other experience I have ever had. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating to my needs and wants. They answered any and every question that I had along the way, even though at times I probably got a little bit annoying, lol... but they made it happen. For me, my experience with them was definitely one I will never forget and I could not thank them more for all that they have done for me along the way, making my dream of the perfect ring come to life.

What I was looking for was something that classic and timeless, something that stood out from the rest in an elegant kind of way. For years in my mind I could picture it, but never have I ever seen what I had wanted in any jewelry store or magazine. Nothing added up to what my perfect ring was. Then I stumbled upon F&B on Etsy. As someone who does a lot of research on things, I read every review, all the information that Fire & Brilliance had on their website, all the beautiful pieces they had. And although these weren't what I was looking for, I knew that with this company, we could come up with the most beautiful, stunning piece of jewelry that I have ever owned in my life!

With that, I gave them every bit of information, as well as a few pictures of an idea of what I wanted. I was unsure of what the outcome was going to be since this was all done through email. Nothing was done in person as their company is online-based and we are at opposite ends of the Coast. And even with the distance, it didn't matter. If they knew what I wanted, what I was looking for, I believed they could make it happen and boy, did they!

It's the most beautiful thing I could have ever imagined; it has exceeded my expectations! I felt like I was working side by side with them. They could not have made it any easier. I can not thank Fire & Brilliance enough for everything that they have done for me! I have never been so happy, they actually made my dream come to life! I'm so proud to wear this ring every day and I smile every time I look at it! They did that. So, I just want to say thank you to the staff at Fire and Brilliance for being there every step of the way answering every single one of my questions and making this process as easy as it could be. This is definitely one experience that I will never forget!

Lastly, a tip to someone else out there like myself, if you can dream it, F&B can make it come to life. Trust me, you will not regret coming forward. They will make the process very easy, as if you were in the same room with them. I hope that this helps whoever is reading this and hope that your journey with them is just as great as mine was!
