Are there aspects of several different styles that you like, but no single ring, necklace or bracelet feels quite right?
If the questions above apply to you then custom jewelry may be the solution that you are looking for. Although we try our best to provide our customers with a wide variety of beautiful designs in our various pre-made collections, we understand that each and every individual may have his/her own unique idea and preference of what is beautiful to them.
For customers looking to achieve a specific design that they have in mind, we offer a Creative Custom Design Service that allows our customers to engage with our GIA Expert Jewelry Designers to ultimately create personalized jewelry that is made with exceptional quality which can be expected to treasure for years to come.
How does it work?
Step 1 – Inquiry 
Please send us a message or email us at info@fireandbrilliance.com and provide us with the following information below.

  2. Email

  4. A brief description of what you would like to customize. 
Step 2 – Follow-Up
A Fire & Brilliance® representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to follow-up and gather more information about your specific ideas. 
A tip here is to have your ideas well organized so that our representative will be better equipped to fully understand the piece of jewelry that you are trying to create. 
For your convenience, below are examples of information that you may need to provide when creating custom jewelry.
A) Visuals 
- Sketches/Drawings/Pictures/Images/Diagrams
B) Descriptions - Please be as descriptive as possible.
- Ring Styles: Cathedral/Halo/Solitaire
- Ring measurement(s) in millimeters: Width and Height of Setting
- Finger size(s) (US sizes preferred if possible)
- Metal Type(s): Rose, Yellow, or White Gold/Palladium/Platinum
- Metal Purity: Gold: 14k, 18k, 22k, 24k or Palladium and Platinum: 900, 950
- Stone measurement(s) in millimeters
- Stone type(s): Not Limited to the examples below
- Diamond - Moissanite - Aquamarine - Amethyst - Morganite - Tanzanite - Emerald - Sapphire 
*Please note that WE DO NOT accept requests to copy items that are protected by patents and/or copyrights. Concepts submitted must be your unique design(s) or variations of multiple designs.* 
Step 3 – Quote & Payment
A quote will be provided based on the custom specifications per your request. It will reflect the price of material (precious metals and precious gem stones) and custom labor (design, cast, polish, set, finish, and quality check) needed for the creation and production of the piece.
If you are satisfied with the information provided then a representative will advise you on next steps along with payment options.
Step 4 – Design and Production
We will plan, create, and design your ideas with the jewelry industry's state-of-the-art computer aided design (CAD) software to ensure that all measurements are accurate and to your specifications. Manufacturing will begin immediately once the design is complete.
This process typically takes up to 3-4 weeks depending on the scope of the job. 
Although we do our best to create custom jewelry in a timely manner, our number one priority is to always place quality ahead of quantity.
Step 6 – Shipment
Upon completion of payments, approvals, and quality inspections, we will ship you the finished piece of jewelry that has been truly inspired by YOU!

We ship domestically in the United States and internationally to many selected countries.

What is the cost of shipment?

We offer express domestic (United States) shipping via FedEx 2Day (2 Business Days) as a standard for every new purchase FREE of Charge. No minimum limit required. 

We also offer expedited domestic (United States) shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight (1 Business Day) for an additional charge. You may opt to purchase expedited shipping at the current shipment rates when you check out. 

All international shipments are subject to current international shipping rates which can be viewed during checkout.

International Customs Duties

International orders (outside of the USA), please note that each country has their own set of duties and taxes on imports. If your country has duties and import taxes, you can find these on your nation's or region's government sites. Please be aware of your country's duties, taxes and/or fees, as Fire & Brilliance is not responsible for any  customs costs. 

Satisfied International Customers

Although international purchases may be subject to an import tax, F&B has many happy worldwide customers resulting from direct savings. We normally pass on large discounts to our customers through bulk purchasing. In most cases, the savings will more than offset the cost of import duties.

What protocols are taken prior to shipment?

To further enhance our customers’ shopping experiences, we focus heavily on our internal quality assurance protocols. All items are carefully inspected by a professional jeweler to make sure that each piece of jewelry meets high quality industry standards prior to shipment.

Are signatures required prior to delivery?

Rest assured that all shipments of finished jewelry will require a signature prior to delivery. We understand that jewelry is expensive merchandise so we make every effort to prevent lost/stolen packages.

If someone is not able to sign for the package then a tag will be left at the front door for re-delivery or pick-up at a local facility. Your finished jewelry package is not meant to be left at the doorstep unattended.

Are the packages insured?

Yes, every shipment is 100% insured in an effort to protect your purchase in case it gets lost or stolen during transit. This is a preventive measure for your peace of mind.

What shipping carrier is used?

We typically use FedEx. However, we may ship it with another carrier (eg. UPS) at our customer's request for an additional charge. If you are interested, please message us for any special shipping requests.

What does processing/production time mean?

Processing/production is the length of time that it takes for us to service an order from the moment we receive it to the moment of shipment. Custom orders will typically take longer to process since we will need to craft it from scratch and place it into production.

Where would I be able to check the status of my order?

Under "At Your Service" in the navigation links located at the bottom of our webpage, you will be led to our Lookup Form after clicking on "Order Status" where you can input your order ID and email to check the current status of your order. Alternatively, you can also click here.
