COVID-19 Update

As people all over the world are being impacted by the novel Corona Virus (COVID-19), we would like you to know that during this very difficult time, Fire & Brilliance is doing our part by following the recommendations and guidelines of the  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help our customers and employees affected by this unprecedented event.  


It is under the "Shelter In Place" and “Stay At Home” orders of Santa Clara County, California that mandates businesses in this area be closed from now until Sunday, May 3rd, 2020. However, a few team members are still actively working from home to ensure that we take great care of our valued clients, customers and fans.  


As a result, we wanted to share an update on some of the ways we are doing our best to serve our Fire & Brilliance customers.


Lines of Communication: 


By Email:  

We are available via email on Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm PST. Please fill out this  FORM  and a representative will get back to you within 24-48 business hours. Emails will be responded to in the order they were received.  


By Social:  

We are available to respond via direct message on  Instagram  and  Facebook  at the moment. Please allow our team up to 24-48 business hours for a response.  


New Promo Codes: 

We are extending our current "25% Off All Jewelry"  Promo Code: Jewelry25  until Monday, May 4th, 2020 as a token of our appreciation for those that continue to support us during these uncharted times. Thank You!  


Pending Services, Warranty Claims and RMA’s:  

Any pending claims for jewelry services, warranty claims, returns and/or exchanges will resume on Monday, May 4th, 2020 or otherwise notified based on normal processing times. For now, please refrain from shipping items to our office as it will not be received during this period.

Pending & New Orders: 

F&B orders are currently being processed and shipped at the moment as your satisfaction is important to us.


There may be unforeseen delays due to the mandatory COVID-19 “Shelter In Place” and “Stay At Home” requirements issued by our local, state and federal government. If your order is delayed then please be patient during these unprecedented times as it is affecting the entire jewelry industry as a whole. 


Rest assured that we are processing our valued clients’ orders accordingly.
