Q: When did you first meet and how?

A: My fiancé and I met on our first day of college in August of 2016. He sat down beside me in our freshman English class and I just turned and introduced myself to him. Two months later, we were dating and after a year and eight months, we are engaged!

Q: What about the design made you choose this ring to be the one?

A: I loved the classy look of the solitaire rings. The accent diamonds just added that extra sparkle that made the ring so perfect. Although we looked at rings together, my fiancé picked out this ring himself.

A: My POV - I knew that the proposal was coming soon because we had been talking about it for months. I came up from my home in Kentucky to spend the weekend with my fiancé and his family. The day he proposed, neither of us felt very well and we spent most of the day on the couch. That evening he started feeling better and suggested we go for a drive to a local park to get some fresh air. We walked over to a covered bridge, I turned around, and he was down on one knee then asked me to marry him! We had old clothes on, my hair was a mess, my nails were not painted, I had no makeup on, and his proposal could not have been more perfect!

His POV - I decided to propose to my beautiful girlfriend a few short months ago, and after I received her parents' permission, I set about getting her the perfect engagement ring. My girlfriend and I spent some time looking at what rings and cuts she liked, and I was able to figure out what it was that she wanted. After doing some searching I found that Fire & Brilliance was the best option. I got up that morning with intentions to propose to my girlfriend that evening, but as the day went on I felt sicker and sicker and I was unsure if I was going to be able to propose. Ultimately, I had to cancel the original plans I had for the proposal, but I was determined to propose that day no matter what. I could not wait any longer to ask my beautiful girlfriend to marry me. That evening we went for a walk around the park. I wanted to propose where it was just me and her, so we walked over to the covered bridge that overlooked the water. A few minutes later, I got down on one knee and asked Ashlynn to marry me.
