Q: Congratulations on being a mommy! How is motherhood treating you?

A: Thank you! I absolutely love being a mom. Of course, there are good days, and then there are tough days. My husband saw me through all the tough ones--the pregnancy, the birth, and the raising of a newborn. We for sure went through the experience as a team, but he saw how difficult it was for me. This persuaded him that I definitely deserved something wonderful and beautiful as a gift for everything I went through thus far. 

Q: What made you choose us and, more specifically, this ring to be the one? 

A: Before I buy something, I like to do a lot of research on it first. I knew I wanted a ring as a push present so I looked online at gemstones, diamond alternatives, and settings. I chose to opt out of purchasing one with diamonds to ensure that I'm getting conflict-free gems. However, I still love everything that sparkles and shines.

At the start, I saw moissanite only as one of the many diamond alternatives out there, but it's so much more than that. It's a beautiful gemstone in itself, with a very interesting history. And it's conflict-free! While scouring the web for a moissanite retailer, I found Fire & Brilliance - on eBay and on Etsy. I liked what I saw immediately. The settings were beautiful with a minimal touch, the price was right for what I was looking for, and the moissanite stones were manufactured and graded by original creator, Charles & Colvard. They were the best of the best. I contacted customer care and the rest is history. 

Q: What was your overall experience with Fire & Brilliance like? 

A: Working with Fire & Brilliance was pretty simple. I wanted to set up a payment plan, which was perfect for us at the time. Everything was done in a timely and easy way, and I ended up getting the ring that I loved. When it had arrived, I knew that I had chosen the right one and the right people to purchase from. 

 

I want to add that I LOVE my ring. We purchased a 6 prong solitaire setting and I get so many compliments on it. My 9mm Forever One Round Brilliant has so much fire! I absolutely fell in love with its beauty and unique history. I'm a total Star Trek nerd/fan so knowing that this gemstone was first found from a comet fragment makes me appreciate it even more. I'm wearing something very special, a gift to me from my husband after the birth of our first child, AND it's from the stars! How amazing is that?
